{"id":3498,"date":"2026-09-01T13:46:25","date_gmt":"2026-09-01T16:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fedemba.org.ar\/web\/?p=3498"},"modified":"2026-09-01T13:46:25","modified_gmt":"2026-09-01T16:46:25","slug":"nueva-resolucion-1687-2026-el-inaes-establece-una-prorroga-de-30-dias-para-aquellas-mutuales-que-deben-presentar-la-documentacion-obligatoria-respecto-al-reglamento-de-gestion-de-prestamos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fedemba.org.ar\/web\/nueva-resolucion-1687-2026-el-inaes-establece-una-prorroga-de-30-dias-para-aquellas-mutuales-que-deben-presentar-la-documentacion-obligatoria-respecto-al-reglamento-de-gestion-de-prestamos\/","title":{"rendered":"<strong>NUEVA RESOLUCI\u00d3N 1687\/2026: EL INAES ESTABLECE UNA PR\u00d3RROGA DE 30 D\u00cdAS PARA AQUELLAS MUTUALES QUE DEBEN PRESENTAR LA DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N OBLIGATORIA RESPECTO AL REGLAMENTO DE GESTI\u00d3N DE PR\u00c9STAMOS<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Instituto Nacional de Asociativismo y Econom\u00eda Social <strong>(INAES) dict\u00f3 una nueva Resoluci\u00f3n (la N\u00ba 1687\/2026),<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/346757\/20260901?busqueda=1\"> publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina el 31 de agosto del 2026<\/a>, respecto al reglamento de Gesti\u00f3n de Pr\u00e9stamos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, <strong>la normativa establece una pr\u00f3rroga de 30 d\u00edas corridos (finaliza el 30 de septiembre del 2026)<\/strong> para que aquellas mutuales que brindan el servicio de Gesti\u00f3n de Pr\u00e9stamos y a\u00fan no presentaron la informaci\u00f3n obligatoria pertinente, pueden normalizar su situaci\u00f3n.
